At Elan Events, we specialize in creating thoughtfully curated experiences for weddings, birthdays, bridal and baby showers, corporate gatherings, and other special celebrations. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand occasion, we're here to help bring your vision to life
What is the difference between your planning packages?
We offer three thoughtfully designed packages to accommodate different planning needs.
- Essential: Ideal for clients who have planned their event and need professional assistance coordinating the final details and managing the event day.
- Signature: Perfect for clients who have started planning but would appreciate additional guidance with vendors, logistics, and design.
- Luxe: Our most comprehensive experience, offering full-service planning from the initial concept through event execution.
Each package can be customized based on your event's unique needs.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your event date. Availability is first come, first served, especially for weekends and popular event dates.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes! A non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to officially reserve your event date. The remaining balance will be divided into scheduled payments outlined in your agreement.
Do you travel?
Yes! Elan Events is available for celebrations throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Travel fees may apply depending on your event location and the services requested. Any applicable fees will be discussed before your booking is finalized.
Can I add more time to my package?
Yes. Additional booth time can be added based on availability. We recommend adding extra hours before your event to ensure we can accommodate your request.
